FLOO POWDERi: NOW OUT!

Floo Powder is a very common thing in every wizarding family. It is not only widely used here in the Philippines but also in every part of the world. And just recently, Hitaki Corporation, Japan's leading producer of Floo Powder, launched its newest product, FLOO POWDERi.

"It is basicall your normal Floo Powder, only with the letter 'i' on the end," Mr. Hitaki told the laoghing crowd yesterday during the product's launching party held at Hiroshima, Japan," Kidding aside, it really is like the Floo Powder we've all grown to know and love with only one bit of improvement. Instead of shouting the place where you're heading after stepping into the fire, you can now just write the place's name in a piece of special paper, which is included upon buying the powder, throw the parchment into the fire and step into it. This will completely lessen the problem of witches and wizards ending up in the wrong place after having have said the place's name not clearly enough due to swallowing a huge amount of ash when openning their mouth to speak into the fire. Also, this has solved the problem of our less fortunate fellow witches and wizards who were born lacking the ability to talk since before, with the normal Floo Powder, they need a companion with them to say where they are going but now... they can travel all by themselves!"

Though the product is a little bit expensice, Mr. Hitake and his team of developers assures everybody that they will not regret buying this new product and before the launching party ended, Mr. Hitaki still has something more to say...

"And we are all sorry to inform everybody that we still haven't figured out the way on how to remove the feeling of being sucked down a giant drain and spinning around all through out with the roating in your earsalmost deafening when using the powder. Though our team will still be working on it," he finished with a smile.

FILIPINO MUGGLE  PRESIDENT GAVE HER SPEECH: Three Witches Apprehended For Their Clothes

During today’s announcement and speech of newly elected President Gloria Arroyo of the muggle world in the Philippines, three witches were dutifully apprehended by the Ministry’s Task Force for wearing their cloaks to the occasion.

 

“We just thought it fun,” said a tearful Miriam Gozo who is with her friends, Aliah Alyansa and Reena Eran. Though their clothes didn’t attract too much attention for many muggles who attended the event were wearing some quite peculiar clothes themselves to show their support for the president, the Ministry still thought it safe not to let them, or anyone for that matter, wear their cloaks to big muggle events like the one held today.

 

“We don’t want to raise any suspicions, do we?,” Ministry Task Force head William Ramirez said . He is quite right, for as we spoke, many muggles are certainly looking our way. We can never be too careful…

 

As the three are still underage, their families will just be sent a letter from the Ministry, commenting on their behavior.
